I've started using the XL
"I've started using the XL wheel after every shower when my muscles are at their warmest and it's been helping ease out stiff muscles and knots. I would recommend a smaller diameter wheel if you have more lower back pain since I find that the diameter of this wheel fits my lower back and therefore isn't as targeted. But it's been great for getting the knots between my shoulder blades!"

"After moving I pinched my Sciatic nerve. Was having trouble walking at work effectively without spasms. Ordered this with my FSA to try to help it. It came in and after just two uses the pain in my Sciatic Nerve was mostly gone, today after 4 uses, I can't feel the pain at all anymore in my sciatic nerve and I feel the most limber I have in my back sense high school. - I have the 12" Gentle Chirp Wheel. I have had it replaced under warranty because the first one cracked. Last night, my replacement wheel also cracked. I really like the relief that the wheel gives me. I use mine daily, before I go to bed. I am concerned that my second wheel has failed in the same manner as the first. Would your technical team like to review the damaged wheel to determine if there is a manufacturing flaw? I would like to replace the damaged wheel; however, I do not want the next one to fail. Would you recommend upgrading to the Chirp Wheel XL?
