NEVER GOT IT

"I ordered the chirp halo and when I opened my package, to my surprise they sent me a foot roller … so I took all of the lengthy steps to exchange it ( that’s with the free return and protection ) and waited another week for them to receive my returned item and send me the correct product only for them to tell me the item I ordered is out of stock and they would give me a gift card. I’m more than disappointed with how this was handled."

Not worth the money

"I was excited to get this product. Only to be very disappointed in the product. I’ve had tens units before that were a fraction of the cost. That worked better than this. The sticky pads suck they barely stick to your skin. They fall off easy definitely very disappointed in the product."

"Well customer service was great, but still have not received the item. The carrier they use sucks, they lost my package so chirp sent another one but through the same carrier and they are slow for delivery, so I can’t know how the device is if I don’t have it!"

"I have use EMS/TENS units in the past, so I am fairly aware of their operations. First, and most importantly, it's glorious being wire-free! I am, still, in the experimental phase of utilizing the device, and have just scratched the surface of it's capabilities. But, thus far I'm pretty well satisfied. The only complaint is with the poorly constructed recharging connections. The USB-C "female" connection is somewhat difficult to access ( it being built into the units case) and the connection, itself, is very loose. It's rather a hit or miss ( mostly miss) to attain an adequate union. Otherwise, it seems a pretty good investment."
