OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We want to get you your Chirp products as soon as possible. That’s why we make
every effort to process your order quickly so you can get relief sooner. Here’s
what to expect:

All orders of $75 or more ship free within the continental US. Orders under
$75 incur a flat $6.95 shipping fee. -
For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, shipping costs
will be calculated at checkout. We cover as much of the shipping cost as we
can, so you can feel good knowing we’re helping keep it fair. :) -
Reminder: Orders typically process within 24-48 business hours, and
ground shipping usually takes 2-5 business days.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. All “delivery by”
dates are estimates, not guarantees, and shipping services or rates may change
without notice. Expedited shipping may not be available in all areas, and
available options can vary based on your product and location. International
orders are fulfilled by different carriers depending on the region.

Please note: Gochirp.com orders weighing 500 lbs. or greater may be converted from a parcel delivery service to a palletized ‘Less than Truckload’ (LTL) delivery. Customers will be contacted by the LTL carrier to schedule delivery. During peak shipping seasons, the weight threshold may vary based on parcel network constraints.
SHIPPING HOLIDAYS
Our carriers do not ship or deliver on major national holidays, so shipping estimates will be calculated starting the following business day. Plan for a slight delay on the following dates in 2025.

ALASKA AND HAWAII
Orders may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.
CANADA
Chirp has a partner warehouse within Canada to help our Canadian customers avoid customs/import duties. Our 3PL works with FedEx, Canada Post, and Intelcom to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible. Shipping charges for orders placed in Canada will be calculated at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Excluding Canada)
We contract with OpenBorder, Inc. together with its subsidiaries (referred to as “OpenBorder”) to sell and deliver our products to international consumers.
If your order is shipping to Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom where our international shipping is supported by OpenBorder, additional terms and conditions here may apply to you in addition to any relevant terms and conditions imposed in this Terms of Sale. Please note, all international orders do have 1–5 business days for processing.
