Shipping FAQs
When will my order ship?
Orders typically process within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories?
Yes. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories, including American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total. Free shipping offers apply only within the contiguous U.S.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. P.O. Box orders ship with USPS Priority (2–5 business days). APO and FPO military addresses ship with USPS and typically arrive in 18–45 business days.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. We ship from a partner warehouse in Canada, so you won't pay customs or import duties. Orders are delivered by FedEx, Canada Post or Intelcom, and shipping is free on orders $100+. Rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.
What about very large orders?
Orders weighing 500 lbs or more may ship by freight (Less than Truckload, or LTL) instead of parcel. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. During peak seasons, this weight limit may change.
My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after your label is created. If it still hasn't moved after a few business days, reach out to us and we'll look into it.
