Spinal Traction

Great product but disappointed in the warranty change

"I had the original chirp wheel in this size for 8 years. It came with a 10-year warranty at the time. It cracked and they told my they changed the warranty and it was no longer 10 years. How can you change the length of the warranty AFTER you purchased the product?? Anyway, they gave me store credit but told me they would not honor my 10-year warranty after this. So I think that's illegal and makes me no longer trust the company. But anyway, I like the new version with the knots on it. I just hope it lasts since it only has a 1-year warranty now."

Reddit was right for once

"I saw users on the TMJ subreddit recommend Chirp for their jaw pain. I was skeptical, but it was cheap enough that it wouldn't hurt my budget to try it. The small 4" wheel is what r/TMJ recommended, but I figured I'd get the 3-pack with the bigger wheels too, since my spouse occasionally deals with lower back pain. My TMJ flared up this morning so I tried the 4" wheel. After 15 minutes laying with it under my neck, my jaw pain was nearly gone. Fellas, I nearly wept. Some pain did creep back in about half an hour after I got up, but at only maybe 30-40% as bad as before. Any relief at all is worth 5 stars in my book. I'm honestly impressed. I have tried out the 6" and 10" wheels too. The 6" is uncomfortable to use on its own (it digs into my back a little too hard), but I've had some luck simultaneously rolling the 6" under my lower back and the 10" under my upper back. It spreads out my weight and makes it easier to use for longer. I don't typically suffer from back pain so I can't speak to it for pain relief, but my back feels a lot "looser" and well stretched after using the bigger wheels."
