Unethical Company

"This company does not honor its orders. We placed an order for 120 Chirps for early $20,000. The company was hacked mid stream. Our money was diverted to a fake bank account and stolen. They acknowledged they were hacked! We kept contacting the company and it took over a month for them to respond. When they did finally respond, we requested they honor the order…. THEIR LAWYER SAID NO. We run a successful business ourselves and would NEVER treat a customer this way. They could file a cyber security claim or send the product at their much lower wholesale cost compared what we paid, but THEY WONT DO THE RIGHT THING. I will tell this story to anyone who will listen and never recommend this company to anyone. Don’t do business with unethical companies!"

Great Idea, the pads suck. . . . . don't stick at all

"I love the idea. I have had many TENS/EMS units as I am a clumsy athlete wanna be. I like the concept of no wires to the pads instead of carrying 10 foot of wire around if I want to walk while treating, but these pads will not stay on with the weight of the module. I have several Chirp products including the massage mat and wheels, but this did not meet my expectations for the sole reason of the pads. I quit using it and went to a much cheaper unit."

"I bought this because I have lower and sometimes middle back issues (too much golf). This has been an amazing purchase. I use before golf, applying it to the lower back for a couple rounds and then the mid back for a couple rounds. I can wear while I’m doing morning chores. Besides stretching this really helps to get my back loosened up for those early morning rounds. Last week I took a lesson and hit over 300 balls. OMG the muscle pain. Ice and heat, plus some prescription medications I have for this, but what really helped was putting the Chirp Halo on the spasm. While it didn’t take it 100% away, it really made our tolerable and I was able to fall asleep. Cannot express how awesome the Chirp Halo was/is for me. Battery life is good. I had not plugged in 3-4weeks. It still had enough charge to run it for several 20 min rounds during this bad episode."

I have tried , topicals , chiro visits , PT and pills. . this device made me feel better after one session and i was able to move my arm over my shoulder again!!! 2nd session it was as if i got a new shoulder - this is someone who was dealing with shoulder pain for months looking for relief. . i am back to benching 290lbs !!!
