1. Sponsor The Chirp Contour Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Chirp (“Sponsor”), located at 3900 Traverse Mountain Blvd Suite 300 Lehi, UT 84043 

2. Eligibility The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the Contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising partners, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation or receipt/use of any prize.  
 
3. Sweepstakes Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on December 17 at 12:00 AM MST and ends on December 20 at 11:59 PM MST (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.  
 
4. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, participants may enter by submitting their name, email address, and any other required information via the entry form located at https://gochirp.com/pages/glenn-beck-giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated or scripted entries will be disqualified 

5. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification from Chirp, an alternate winner may be selected. Information submitted with an entry will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available here.
